Handouts, presentations and background information are linked to session plans as appropriate. All activity plans include referencing to Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills developed in the activity.

Supporting delivery of short enterprise courses integrated into yrs 7-11 curricula eg PSHEE or Personal Development.

A useful section for teachers to dip into, building up a bank of teaching tools and techniques to assist delivery.

  • business and economic understanding - to develop an understanding of enterprise and business;
  • financial capability - to develop personal and business financial understanding and skills;
  • enterprise projects - ideas and project management tools to support the plan-do-review process and business planning.

qualifications

  • NCFE – all the materials needed to deliver the NCFE Level 2 Developing Enterprise Capabilities Award (30 GLH) and Certificate (120 GLH);
  • ILM - all the materials needed to deliver the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 2 Preparing for Business Enterprise Award (9 GLH) and Certificate (40 GLH);
  • Functional Skills – materials support developing skills and gathering evidence for WWO, PS and IOLP functional skills with templates to support building up a portfolio;
  • ASDAN – materials needed to deliver the Certificate in Personal Effectiveness at Levels 1 and 2.
